Happy midweek snack break!
I hope you’re sailing through your week, breathing, making space for yourself and finding a little rhythm in your feet to dance.
You remember all the way back to Sunday when I talked about incorporating a bit of hula hooping into my morning routine?
I have a present for you! I made a mix of my favorite songs for morning hula hooping. I didn’t include the stinkers, because to be honest, some songs just didn’t cut it—they were too fast, too slow, too meh, or simply didn’t match the vibe.
Please enjoy, and let me know how it works for you.
Your midweek journal prompts:
Talk about a mistake you’ve made recently. How did you respond? How could you have responded differently? Do you think you learned anything from it? Do you think you’ll repeat it?
Talk about something that is going great for you right now.
Talk about a kindness someone has done for you recently. How did it make you feel? How can you pay it forward?
Talk about something you would like more of in your life. Why? What is its benefit? How can you make room for it?
Talk about something you’d like less of in your life. Chances are you can’t just abandon it completely. Make a plan to let it go, including a little celebration when you’ve achieved your goal.
Keep up the excellent work being a person with a daily practice. See you on Sunday.
I am so exhausted I can't touch any of these yet, but they give me hope. 7 more in school days...
Thank you Iridescent Ordinary
