What does rest mean to you? Is it just the absence of work? Or is it something else—does it involve some aspect of play or pleasure?
Start to be conscious of when you are working and when you are resting. But also, the time and space in between the two and what happens there.
We’re going to dig deeper into some big research about rest on Sunday, but I wanted to give you an opportunity to create an awareness about your work/rest habits first.
