It’s the beginning of a New Year, so everyone has a take on daily routines and rituals. There’s a whole slew of think pieces about the value--or lack thereof--of subscribing to a daily routine. Then there are the round-ups of all of the must-haves to make your daily routines more of whatever you’re after (smooth, productive, meaningful, healthy, cardio-intense, etc). This includes everything from a $40 jump rope to CBD and collagen infused sleep gummies

People aren’t shy about sharing: teens on Tik-Tok, the Queen of England, Cardi B. The Rock.The minutiae of other’s lives are out there for us to gobble up.  

I took it upon myself to read and research as many of these routine-not-resolution articles as I could find so I can report back here to you. I followed all of the links and read those. It wasn’t a rabbit hole. It was a warren, a labyrinth. It. Was. Too. Much. 

My head is swimming and I’m not sure what’s what anymore, but that might have something to do with the wave of Covid that crashed in my house.
