So sorry to hear the news at the end of your joyous post.

As a Canadian with US plates on my car, just let me comment that entrance to Canada was severely restricted during COVID, and Canadians looked at Americans as a threat. I put signs on my car letting Quebecfolks know (in two languages) that we were going straight to our cottage north of Montreal from the border. I was warned that if we stopped for any reason like getting groceries we might come back to a broken windshield.

It is not like that now. Sadly, doesn’t help Miz Parliament.

People are amazing. I'm so sorry about Allison, though.

Hmm.. I wonder, maybe we could put all sorts of miniature toys on all sorts of cars? That would be interesting..

There is a movement... Or moovement if you will, of Subaru owners who are trying to do this but with cows. The Subaru logo contains part of the taurus constellation or something and people say subamoo or moo moo Subaru etc...

Anyway, I'm in a Facebook group with tens of thousands of people who are trying to make it popular like with the ducks. I have two bait cows on my dash and have mooed at least 100 cars here. No one seems to be returning the favor so I kind of lost hope. One lady caught me mooing her orange wrx on Monterey square and was absolutely delighted by it.

So thank the duck duck jeep lady for this tangent group as well.

I also have a duck in my car that I got from a claw machine at nerdheim.

Doug put a duck in his newly claimed jeep patriot (which is decidedly UNCOOLper the duckers) just because it's kind of funny. His jeep was formerly his mom's car. I would love someone to duck it or moo my car naturally though. Maybe one day.
